Dental health plan

2 oral health examinations:

· Examination for caries/periodontal disease/jaw problems

· Oral cancer screening

· Intraoral x-rays as needed for diagnosis of caries and periodontal disease

 

 2 hygiene visits:

· Scale and polish 

· Oral hygiene and diet advise, instructions with brushing technique/disclosing as necessary

Adult plus 1-2 children up to 18 years, monthly price £19.00

 

Adult plus 3-4 children up to 18 years, monthly price £21.20

 

Adult plus 5 or more children up to 18 years, monthly price £22.40

Our Dental Health Plan subscription is an annual service, paid annually or in monthly instalments for a minimum of 12 months.

After 12 months the plan can be cancelled at any time by contacting the Practice.

When cancelling the plan it is not possible to re-join later.

5% increase of plan subscription fee annually in January.
