Dental health plan

Our Dental Health Plan is an annual service, paid annually or in monthly instalments for a minimum of 12 months. 

After 12 months the plan can be cancelled by contacting the Practice. When cancelling the plan, it is not possible to re-join later.

Included in the dental health plan:

 

2 oral health examinations and basic hygiene/year

• Examination for caries/periodontal disease/jaw problems etc.

• Oral cancer screening 

• Up to 2 small intraoral x-rays/year

• Basic scale and polish  

• Oral hygiene and diet advise 

 

Up to 2 emergency appointments/year in practice within our opening hours.

 

and 25% discount on any treatment.

Dental Plan registration fee £18 when setting up a new plan.

Annual 5% increase of the plan subscription fee every year in January.

The Practice reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for the Dental Health Plan with one month’s notice.

The Practice reserves the right to cancel the plan at any time without further notice.
